Pros: A good value -Overall it looks nice - Wayfair is responsive to damaged parts and concerns about excess parts Cons: Delivered as 5 heavy boxes; I didn't see that in the description -Three damaged parts; ordered replacements for two and received two full heavy boxes. Now I have to dispose of the unneeded parts. -Instructions have some errors, so be prepared to read them with a critical eye - Tolerances aren't perfect; expect some things to not line up as well as you might like. I had to shim one of the drawer rollers to keep the drawer from falling off the rails. - There are no covers for screw holes or wall brackets - Several handles have stripped threads; will need thread locker to fix - Bed feet bolts do not stay tight
