Incredibly disappointing. Almost all the parts of the bed came with stains of glue on them, impossible to remove them completely when washing. Contacted Wayfair support and was told to either pack it all up and bring it to the carrier for shipping and pay for return to be reimbursed or accept a $50 credit. The parcel itself weight more than I do, it is physically impossible to bring a 140lb box down 5 floors then to the sidewalk for a carrier to pick it up. We ordered dressers as well on 18 Oct that were never delivered due to being out of stock and we're told every time we reach out for an update to cancel the order if we're unhappy.

After 2mths the side beam holding the mattress cracked in half as I was getting into bed one night. No returns or refunds available. This bed looks great but is not very sturdy.
