works perfectly in the space and relatively easy to assemble. did have some issues with the drawers fitting and to do some finagling but made it work in the end

It looks good, but took over 8 hours to assemble. It was unnecessarily confusing and required measuring where to drill every slat. Also, when the trundle is pulled out the slats are so far apart that it does not look stable.

I have been sick lately and it is still in the box. The box is so beat up I hope the product is still usable once I recover enough to open it up

This is a nice bed but it is not a true trundle bed. The description does not mention that there is nowhere to store a second mattress. You would have to store the mattress separately which is a waste of space. You can possibly stack the mattresses but it is high even with a 6 inch mattress. I am super disappointed since I purchased the bed in hopes to save space in my son’s tiny room and our tiny house. It also took 6-7 hours to put together and to return it you have to take the whole thing apart and rebox it. It is impossible- so I am stuck with it.
