My order kept getting delayed and then my order was cancelled despite it still showing in stock at the time. I phoned customer service and had a bad experience. Hopefully in the future I have a better customer service experience. Hilary was not able to help and seemed rude to me

Assembly is definitely much easier with 2 people. Not exactly difficult, just very time consuming due to bed coming in multiple pieces. The drawers aren't level no matter how many time I tried to adjust them, and the holes weren't in the correct place for assembly. Some of the boards were slightly warped, and the support braces under each drawer weren't long enough to be effective for their intended use. Overall, the bed is fine for my 9 year old son because I'm sure we won't be using it for many years. I wouldn't purchase again.

For the price, it's a good kids or midgets bed
