Worked with Wayfair and the supplier when two side rails of the same type were sent. The storage units roll freely, unattached to the bed itself and can go deep under the bed if pushed too far. We had to nail the bed slats down after my husband fell through sitting on the bed (he’s 180 lb).

Product was damaged upon delivery

Very overpriced for what you get. For what we paid, it's very flimsy, and the weight limit is not accurate. One of the side pieces splintered under the weight of an average-sized adult simply sitting on the edge of the bed. This bed should cost half of what we paid for it. I'd return it if we were inside the 30-day window, but I guess we're stuck with it since we didn't cough up an extra hundred bucks for the protection plan. For this price, I expect it to last more than a few months before breaking under normal use.

It is beautiful and seems good quality. My daughter liked it, although I didn’t see it yet but she doesn’t have any complaints. So I think it’s a good purchase. I love the design and the box drawers under the bed.

The bed frame looks nice. Assembly instructions were ok, the pieces were not labeled, but still easy to put together Read description carefully I missed that there are only two under the bed drawers.
