Love it. Beautify crafted. Matched my furniture!

This is a nice bed, great look, but honestly not as sturdy as I would expect from a higher quality wood frame. Assembly was simple enough, but the bed creaks even though it is well put together.

Purchased this bed for my daughter’s first home. She loves it and it looks great in her space. I would definitely recommend

The headboard and external frame are decent. The oak is honey colored and the materials in the external frame (head & foot boards, posts and side rails) is solid. The mattress support in the center is utterly pathetic. The center rail does not actually connect directly to the frame of the bed. The only way it is attached is by a screw in the center of 4 of the 8 slats. There are only 8 slats made of unfinished 2.25" x .5" lightweight and warped pieces of wood. There are no markings on the side rails as to where the slats should line up and the slats are just barely -- and I mean barely -- long enough to reach the side rail ledge (which is composite wood, so not very strong) to screw them into. If you are off by about 1/8", you will bust through the edge of the ledge with your screws. The center rail has 3 legs which have screws built in and you just screw them into the pre-fab holes. However, because the slats and center rail are warped, the legs don't actually touch the ground....at all. That may change when I add the mattress, but because there are so few slats, I have ordered a bunkie board which I will add first before putting the mattress on. You get what you pay for definitely applies here -- cheap bed, cheap construction where it counts most, though pretty easy to put together. Super disappointing in terms of sturdiness. Note in the photo there is a rug under the one leg of the bed. Regardless of whether the rug is there or not, the 3 center support posts do not touch the ground.
