Update- after only 2 weeks the massager completely froze up and now I have to sit against a huge hard metal ball as big as my hand (see attached photo) that's inflated and protruding while I wait for a new motor to come in. I asked for them to just send a new back to replace it with but they sent a technician instead who said it could take a month and a half for a new motor to even get here. So in the meantime if I want to sit in my chair I have to be uncomfortable. Thanks Wayfair! Initital review- its okay, was not hard to put together but there is literally NO CUSHION in front of the massager, making it very uncomfortable to sit in. its like sitting against a bunch of rocks, which is disappointing because other than that, it was worth the purchase. i have to sit with a pillow in front of massager to make it bearable. im going to ask how to get a return and/or refund. Update- the only way to get a refund is to take the chair apart and send it back which I have no way of doing. I'm a single grandma on my son put this together for me. I threw the Box away, and besides the chair wouldn't fit back in it anyways, even taken apart.
