I hope I have to change my review on this. When we received the box, we wondered how it could all fit in. After carefully unwrapping/packing each piece we discovered that the fire place component was missing. The top panel, that would be in plain view was also cracked right down the middle. Customer Service was great when we contacted them. Like a big puzzle, we repacked all the pieces to be returned and they will be sending us another one in about 2 weeks. Hopefully it will be complete, undamaged and I can repost about how awesome it looks! Stay tuned.
