Love this tv stand! It goes perfectly in the corner of my living room and really opens it up to make it feel bigger. I didn't have any trouble assembling this piece of furniture. Instructions says to use two people, but the only time I had help was to guide the dowels and screws into the correct holes. I've also assembled other smaller furniture items from Wayfair, so the instructions/assembly wasn't confusing and went pretty smoothly. However, if you haven't experienced putting together furniture from here before, I could see how it could definitely be confusing. This probably took me about an hour to an hour and a half to assemble once I had all the parts laid out. All the parts were there (some had extras) and there were no scratches or marks on the wood.
