We received our recliners on time as scheduled. They were easy to assemble, with 2 people. I took us about 15 minutes to put the pieces together. The color is great, warm cognac, the massage and heating works well. The only regrets are, the chair sits low and it’s a bit of a struggle to get out of the chair. The footrest is short, it doesn’t have an extension to support from the ankle down. Now that I have the chair I’m not fond of the swivel but it’s not that big of a deal. I would’ve replaced them however, it’s too much to guess at the height of the chair and wonder if it will fit my needs. I will keep them.
