Shopped for weeks for something that was the right dimension. Finally arrived. Halfway through the assembly we realized some pieces weren’t identified in the manual. Then there were pieces that were identified incorrectly. For example in the photo; “P” was actually “E”. There were a few manufacturing flaws where they pre-assembled parts too tight so you can see stress fractures in a few places. Also, pictured, some of the bolts/screws came without heads. There was no way to use them so I used my own and improvised. By the time we finished the frame. We realized there were no wheels. Big sigh. I called the next day. Asked for a partial credit. Was offered 20% which would be absorbed by the wheels I’d have to purchase. I asked for wheels and 20% off and was told it’s either or. The compromise was wheels and 10% off a future purchase. They know how to get you. Money that will never be spent or saved on their end. It’s funny that it costs so much to add assembly by a Wayfair representative, yet when I spend my time and effort it’s supposed to be for free. I wasted my time building a subpar product and the resolution was frankly offensive. Granted I could have spent more of my time taking it apart and sending back for a full refund, but again, more of my time wasted. This $200 cart is barely worth $50 in my honest opinion.
