My guest loves and fight over the seat! It’s squeaky when you let it out but it stretches all the way out. Very comfortable!!

I bought two of these. Only problem I have had is the screws in the armrest cover, hinges are stripped and I had to go to larger screws. Nice units though an comfortable.

Very nice chair, the cup holders are great, the buttons to operate the chair are easily accessible, and the storage in the arms is incredibly large. That having been said, the picture in the ad shows two USB plugs and a 110 plug-in in the side wall of one of the storage bins. I even asked a rep in the chat about that, and she assured me that they were there. I assure you that THEY DO NOT EXIST, and that was one of the reasons I bought this chair. There was just one USB plug in the middle of the chair operation buttons. But it’s still a very nice chair, and I hope to have it for a very long time.

High-end quality & comfort!! Only con is lack of white glove delivery option (in-home & assembly) as I ordered this while recovering from shoulder surgery. The box weighs 134#'s and delivered via FedEx Freight 3-days later than original promise date but still sooner than other online options. Extremely grateful for helpful neighbors, and very happy w/this recliner.

It’s a little shallow in the seat and not very wide, but it’s very comfortable. Not really for someone over 6’ tall.
