I am very unhappy with this product. It is definitely a lot shorter than what it appears in the picture. Theres no way that you could put a decent size plant on each level. Too short. However, that being said, it is amazingly unsturdy. It has fallen over so many times. It has affected my plants sadly. The shelf now resides at the dump.

It’s a cute stand wish there was setting up instructions, it took me half a day to figure out lol. One star removed because it definitely could be sturdier.

The stand is sturdy with all surfaces shellacked. I am using it as a drying rack for laundry. I don't know about 50 lbs per shelf, but thus far it is standing on it's own. I plan to hang it on the wall in the laundry room. -1 star for looking smaller than the pictures.

The product is well made and fits great in a small space! I wish it had came with instructions for set up as it was a bit confusing.
