This table is cheap quality. The first one that arrived was damaged. They sent a second one and we have had it for a couple weeks and somehow the wood split. The table legs don’t stay bolted in. And we paid to have professional assembly.

At first, I didn't think I was going to like this table. While it arrived quickly and was fairly easy to assemble, it had a couple of scratches on the top of the table which were clearly visible. Also, it is smaller than I expected and, since I already have one of these tables with the top that lifts, which I got years ago from a furniture store, I expected to love this one as much as I love that one. The one I have lifts easily with one hand from anywhere along the back edge. This table, not so much. In fact, you have to use two hands and pull up from pretty much the center of the back of the table. Same thing to put it down. I just wasn't sure. So, I figured I should live with the table for a few weeks and a funny thing happened. I realized I really like it. Smaller is not a bad thing. Yes, you have to use two hands, but this table cost a lot less than my other table and those two hands give me control. This table has a fabulous hidden storage space my other table does not have. I have no idea how I ever did without this. My dogs love the little cubbies, lol, so my expensive table has been banished to the bedroom where this was originally planned for. All in all, it's not perfect, but for the price, I might buy another for our vacation home!

The coffee table shipped quickly and without damage. My husband put it together with no issues, though some of the stickers that numbered the pieces were painted over. The table top lifts smoothly, but seems easy to scratch.

This table was perfect addition to our living room. The size is great because it doesn't take up a lot of room, but the liftable top makes for great storage. We actually used this table as a home desk for a little while because the top lifts to a perfect height. Only thing to be aware of is that the top is a little wobbly when being lifted or lowered, so don't have anything that could spill because it will likely fall off!
