My husband and I love this table! It replaced a glass one we have had for about 15 years. It's nice to be rid of the glass (I had to keep it covered because it scratched so easily) and have the wood instead. We both like the turn table in the center. This table is about 6" larger in diameter than the previous table, so it's nice because of the added distance to reach across. Beware when you assemble the table that you need to keep the bolts a bit loose on the table when you attempt to add the base! If you tighten them all the way, the holes will not line up to the base holes. Once you have those through the holes and tightened, go back and tighten up the table top. My husband is always over-eager to show he can assemble without instructions and bypassed the statement "Don't tighten screws all the way." It was in the instructions, so it was definitely a user issue and not a table issue! We did buy the table separate from the chairs that were sold as a set since everyone said the chairs were not grey, but beige. Instead, we ordered the Parson's Chair in grey, also made by Red Barrel Studio. They had the same rubberwood legs as the table base, so they match with no issues and they are indeed grey! We love the new update to our kitchen!
