I was disappointed with the quality of this cabinet, but over-the-moon impressed with Wayfair's customer service. The descriptions made it sound like this was normally a $3,000 cabinet on sale, and it appeared to be good quality. It's pretty disappointing. The wood was difficult to screw things in very good without damaging the wood. The doors did not line up, nor do some of the handles, and there are gaps between the doors on one side. This is because the cabinet was not square. First time purchase from Wayfair, and it was disappointing, but a chance to see customer service like I haven't seen in a very long time. It's made me a dedicated Wayfair customer.

As another person reported, ours was missing one board. We contacted the manufacturer with no response. Wayfare did respond and got a board for us. The holes didnt match to install . We had been trying to build for three weeks. The entire experience was upsetting. the boxes were extremely heavy to handle. it arrived in 4 boxes with no explanation of content. We have built many flat packs before. We are very disappointed. It was what we wanted. I wont buy from this manufacturer again. We had to unassemble it and struggled to get it all back in the boxes. We are watching for the refund.

So…I like it. It’s pretty study, directions were easy, and it looks nice. HOWEVER, I will say that I expected slightly better workmanship for an expensive piece of furniture. Some of the paint is definitely chipped and cracked. The back pieces are just cardboard that were damaged upon arrival. I expect a little more when I spend over 1k on furniture. The back pieces are just cardboard and should instead be solid wood. Same with the drawers the bottom is reinforced cardboard, not actual wood. Like I said, it does look super nice, I was just hoping for a little more. I would pay more money for a piece that has solid wood backing and drawers and where the workmanship doesn’t have obvious cracking.
