Quality is not what we were used to ordering from this site. Marks on the drawers. Wood is very soft not sturdy. Side panel cracked. Instructions made assembly very difficult none of the hardware or dressers pieces were labeled.

My order was defective and damaged. Some of the holes in one of the side panels were missing and other cut in incorrect places, making assembly impossible. Because we purchased for a second home and didn’t get a chance to assemble within 30 days of purchasing I was not able to get a refund or a replacement. It will be some time before I purchase furniture on Wayfair again. I only wanted a replacement piece since that one was defective but Wayfair wouldn’t help me. Very disappointing.

Nice dresser, drawers slide ok unless too much weight inside, brown top had a 1 inch chip in the front edge…..

This was delivered a few days ago. NONE of the parts were labeled. It took nearly 5 hours to put it together. I went to customer service. One rep told me to order the professional assembly and i wouldn’t have to pay for it. I was having trouble ordering a professional to assemble it. I contacted another rep who told me o would have to pay for it myself which was going to be more than the dresser itself. The rep said don’t the pictures look like the parts Can’t you match them that way Yeah but there’s 3 types of screws that are all similar and all parts look similar too. They said I would hear from someone in 1-2 days. Haven’t heard anything yet. This was a nightmare. I have ordered many things from wayfair. Never had an issue. This was by far the worst
