The product arrived in two different shipments. Once all 5 boxes were here we hired someone to put it together for us; assembly took 3-4 hours but was a smooth process. There are many pieces but directions are clear and hardware was well labeled. It is a very sturdy piece of furniture. While we received and assembled the cabinetry for the bed, we are awaiting delivery of our mattress to try it out. It is a pretty piece of furniture and will be a welcome addition to be able to ‘hide away’ the bed when we do not have company. Very happy with purchase.

All wood! Terrific delivery! Assembled myself in about 6 hrs. (with an occasional helper needed). Make sure to get an 11 in. mattress. This is a high quality Murphy bed, and the desk helps to keep the bed open, and it is a great workspace when closed. Highly recommend!

I was a little skeptical at first but this Murphy desk bed is a gamechanger!!! We bought for a flex room and it’s amazing how it we can use as an office by day and a bed by night. If you’re on the fence, I’d say give it a go! We have gotten so many compliments on it. Very happy with purchase!
