The sofa itself is great. The bulk delivery service and the ownership of wayfairs relationship with them is inexcusable. I work for a living as Im sure most due. I have to arrange to be off which I did three separate times. I paid for full service delivery and assembly. The first time was auto canceled the same day of the scheduled delivery time because service wasnt available Why did the system let me book it The next time I booked a window of 2 to 4. The day of they sent a message that delivery would be at 8 to 11. I was not home. Not what I asked for. So reschedule again. I got off the whole day for this past Monday for delivery 2 to 4. At 330 I called. They said delivery attempt made and I wasnt home. I have security cameras. No one approached my home. They also never called or text 30 minutes prior on that day. I asked to speak to a manager. They had to call me back. I got a supervisor not a manager. I told him that when people arrange for furniture delivery it is because they do not have that piece of furniture anymore. Im sitting on the floor. I cant wait another week because your company chose the wrong partnership. I need the sofa now. His reply is if I chose to cancel I would get a restocking fee. Totally inexcusable. Why would you even say that to a customer that is getting the run around I had to call work and switch schedules again to receive two days later. I told him if it is not here in the promised time frame I will call back. It arrived in the time frame but why did it take so many phone calls and why did they try to make me feel like I was wrong. I paid 2k for a couch with assembly and full service. Horrible experience. I would only buy non bulk furniture from wayfair. Like pillows or kitchen items, never furniture. That bulk delivery service is a joke. Never lie to your customers. Own it
