We purchased this sectional in February 2019. Within weeks of receiving it, we had guests. The sofa completely collapsed when one of our guests sat on it. He completely fell onto the floor. The leg broke completely out of the frame and my husband replaced the wood framing that had completely splintered apart, rebuilding the structure supporting the sofa's leg. Now, in July 2020, my son sat on the other end of the sectional and the same thing happened. The leg collapsed as the whole wooden frame splintered apart. I contacted Wayfair who said it was 'over 1 year ago' I would have to contact the supplier for options. I've left multiple messages with USP Furniture, to no avail. This is an expensive couch that looks very nice, but sits poorly (the seat is only 22 inches deep so a very short legged person might fit comfortably. The design is very poor for sitting on. But beyond that, it's an expensive product that has no structural stability. I put the sofa in a low use area of my home. All of us are of normal weight. I would not recommend this Garett Sectional at all. A costly purchasing mistake. And no support from USP furniture. Not even a call back.
