I keep getting the wrong packages have yet to receive my sofa the love seat is very sturdy tho loves the feelings

I recently bought a couch from Wayfair that definitely delivers on style — it looks gorgeous in my living room and fits the space perfectly. However, my experience with the build quality has been mixed. ✨ What I liked • Very attractive design that elevated my living room’s look. • Great value for how cute it looks compared to similar pieces in stores. • Cushions are comfortable at first and the overall feel makes you want to lounge.  ⚠️ What I didn’t love • The frame and construction don’t feel very sturdy — the couch feels lighter and less solid than I hoped. • Some customers online report that Wayfair furniture can be inconsistent in quality, especially with sofascouches that aren’t top-end. Many people find they sag, feel flimsy, or show wear within a couple of years of everyday use.  • Because Wayfair is a marketplace for many different brands, one couch can be solid while another that looks similar is not.

It came without legs and the back is open and no screws either. They say they will send the missing items after 10 days. They are cute
