Chest is solidly made but arrived damaged!

Low end quality. Worse packing. Arrived with a corner crushed. Had to do repair and paint touchup to make it usable.

I had to order it twice and it was broken both times. I like the cabinet but it is frustrating to have to fix it.

My 1st and last nightmare with Wayfare. It took 3 chests to get one in decent shape. First 2 broken or chipped legs, scratches etc. Told not to return. Ordered 3rd as a last try. Before it arrived it went on sale on an email sent to me for close to $130. less. I called to request a credit for the difference. I told Wayfair doesn't to price matching. I explained it was a Wayfair vs Wayfair not price matching with another company. Even spoke to James who said he was a supervisor. I was given 20% ($87.84) credit but was still $40.00 short of the new price. It felt like a slap in the face as well as a poor excuse of price matching as it has always been o n e company vs another. Especially since it took 3 chests before one was acceptable. No more Wayfair for me and I've bought from them for several years.

We love this cabinet, looks great in our lake home! Color and details are exactly as described and we get so many compliments on it!
