The chairs are very nice and well built. One of the chairs was received with damage and scuffed rattan. Otherwise, I would have given five stars. I’ve emailed customer service at WF. I’ll update my review depending upon their response. Update. Just received the replacement package. It was received in excellent condition. Will definitely increase to Five Stars.

I absolutely love these chairs! They look great in our kitchen and go really well with our table. I gave this review 5 stars because the chairs are great, but I'm not very happy that 2 of our 6 ordered seem to be missing in action at Fedex claiming the bar code is illegible. It would look a lot better if I had all 6 at the table!
