I would have given this chair 5 stars, however, my only issue is that the chair color was advertised as "Off White" and what I received was a taupe/gray color. I was hesitant to order this chair as the picture did not look like the color Off White. I contacted Customer Service for a swatch and there wasn't one available. I asked the Customer Service Representative what the color was and she informed it was between an Off White and Cream. For me the pic was a bit misleading as the color advertised should be as accurate as possible to ensure customers are getting the color that fits into their respective decor. The positives are; good quality for the price, swivels and glides nicely and the fabric is a linen look, very nice! The Customer Service is awesome, very helpful and courteous. Delivery went very well, communicated the day of delivery and called a half hour before arriving and were courteous and efficient. I would definitely recommend this chair, just know it's not Off White if that's the specific color you want.

Poorly constructed. Pieces of wood sticking out of back with upholstery stretched over it. Side arms are permanently creased from the packaging. And very uncomfortable.
