The quality of the pouf is great! The jute will shed fibers that will stand out on dark clothes, just FYI. The reason for the 3-stars is because mine is huge, MUCH bigger than the dimensions described. It's more like 21.5" tall, 19" wide and 20.5" deep. Definitely not a cube, more rectangular. I've placed it next to my couch to provide a visual. I'll use it in another room since return shipping would be outlandish.

Excellent!! I wanted something functional that would fit with a semi-formal living room - these slouchy square poufs are perfect as ottomans and the perfect height to sit on. They appear to be well made of braided jute with leather-like vinyl on the bottom to hold up to being slid across the floor. They are more square than round but definitely are not rigid cubes. I ordered two and one appeared very different from the other. Steph in customer service was awesome in quickly getting replacements which compliment each other nicely.

It was very nice but definitely would not have paid $500 for it.

Returning this pouf. It is actually 20" high, not slouchy unless you're sitting on it, and the material looks like cheap woven jute.
