I was very disappointed with this purchase because the table itself was exactly what I was looking for—size, solid wood and perfect for my kitchen space. The first tabletop arrived with significant damage to 3 of the 4 corners. It was also very clear the box had been previously opened and retaped, and the protective packaging pieces that should have been securing the corners were loose in the box rather than in place. Customer service was very helpful and quickly sent a replacement. Unfortunately, the replacement tabletop arrived in similar condition. The box again appeared to have been opened and reclosed and retaped, the protective packaging was not in place, and the tabletop had damage to two corners plus a nick in the side. At that point, I requested a refund. I understand that shipping damage can happen, but what was most frustrating was receiving two damaged tabletops that appeared to have been previously opened, and possibly returned, without being properly repackaged in addition to the numerous table damage on each of the pieces. While customer service was helpful throughout the process, the repeated condition of the product has made me hesitant to purchase furniture from Wayfair in the future. It's unfortunate because I truly loved the table design and it is perfect for my space (and exactly what I was looking for) and would have happily kept it if it had arrived in acceptable condition.

This table was EXACTLY what I was looking for--an unfinished, solid wood dining table for 4 that can expand to seat 6. I've just finished staining it and it looks beautiful!

I am delighted with this purchase. It is beautiful and perfect for my needs. Now I just have to stain it but I am trying to match some chairs I already have so this table works great!

Great solid table, the leaf movement is really smooth. Keep in mind this is raw wood, I stained mine and then sealed it to protect it. Some of the design on the legs makes it a little hard to stain in the creases

The table is very heavy and made of solid wood. The only downside is you have to stain it or paint it.
