This is a solid piece of wood that is striking to look at. When I received it came packaged well with a few cuts into the box but unsure if thats what contributed to the periodic defects visible after opening. Almost indicative of lack of attention and care while packaging. Several broad scratches on the top and a couple on the sides and 14 dent on the edging bottom. Drawers work well. Door is misaligned and not really adjustable. Feet are plastic screw-in and if not careful could catch on your carpet and snag out strands unless you file down the sharp corners.
