I ordered two of these chairs. Both arrived a day early, which sounds great. However, I would have refused delivery of one of the boxes as the box was damaged so extensively that part of the chair protruded from the package. That chair was broken where ones knees would be if sitting on it. The second box was not as damaged and that chair appears to be ok. BUT I AM STILL WAITING-over 48 hours later- to hear from JOSS & Main on how to get a replacement!!!

Not too big, not too small. Not heavy - won't scratch floors. Very comfortable. well made. Matte finish. I am delighted with them.

While I love the look of this chair, it is poorly constructed and took several tries to receive one that wasn't damaged. Packing is flimsy. However, customer service was excellent and resolved the issue.
