The all-wood bookcase looks good at first glance, but when you examine it, many flaws appear. First, the delivery men pointed out unnoticeable defects at the top of the furniture. We then noticed that the wood in front is badly bowed and the drawers have no sliders except the wood. Also, ALL JOINTS , especially where top meets bottom are completely open as you will see in photos. The delivery went well and the men were very helpful. We like that the bookcase is real wood and not the manufactured stuff, but, we are disappointed in the workmanship of the furniture. It will require quite a bit of work for my husband to get it as we want it. We have to request a discount to accept this furniture.

First one arrived damaged but customer service made it right. Exactly what I was looking for at a much better price than other places.

Overall quality is good, but the drawers do not have quality metal guides and will cause problems earlier than expected.

After the 3rd delivery the bookcase is perfect! It’s big heavy they don’t “install” so getting the top on the bottom will definitely require 2 strong people.

If you're looking for a bookcase or china hutch or just extra storage. This is the piece It's big well made deep storage drawers and of course display room . The color is white but not bright.just a soft white pulls on drawers are black metal as well as the knobs. Adjustable shelves are well made and secure. Has earth quake straps. Or non tip over straps.to hold it in place. It's fully assembled. Make sure you have an option to get it delivered room of choice if possible or a strong friend. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a well made piece of furniture.
