This couch is truly stunning. I couldn’t be happier with how beautiful it is, how comfortable and soft it is, and how well it is constructed . The color is not at all what it looked like in the pictures, it is a blueish gray, which makes a nice neutral tone. I love the fat and comfortable reversible back cushions, and the throw pillows took me by surprise as well. I was anticipating having to replace them, but they are perfect. The fabric is soft with a nice texture, similar to a tweed.
A handful of negatives that do not justify knocking it down to 4 stars…first, I saw previous reviews that the couch arrived poorly wrapped and therefore arriving damaged. We actually ended up having to wait 2 months because the first couch we ordered was damaged in transit. It appears that they learned their lesson, this couch arrived wrapped very carefully and in perfect condition. My main negative is the legs the couch comes with. For such a beautiful couch, it does not deserve cheap plastic legs. I went on Wayfair and found wood legs for $26 that you can screw into the bottom, transforming the couch into luxury. If you choose to do this, keep in mind this couch is already pretty tall. I made the mistake of getting 6” legs at first, I ended up switching them out for 3.5” legs.
