The delivery guys were great and setup the couch. The cushions don't seem to sit flat on the main frame and are very airy/poofy. It appears they need a lot of weight on top of them to flatten out more. Currently where the cushions meet in the middle it leaves a hole where they are not flush on the main frame. This also occurs in the corners where the cushion meets the armrest. I assume with time this will rest better and become more flush but it was something I noticed after assembly. If you look at the picture on the product page it shows a more flat cushion. These cushions are not flat they are very round and poofy. Update after 3 weeks. This count is not worth 1,000. The cushions are not settling. If you sit on one side of the couch the other back pillow will move and fall forward. You have to really lean the back cushions back for them not to fall forward. But once somebody sits on it, its going to rearrange it no matter what. If you sit and dont lean back the back cushion will fall forward. I feel like Im constantly having to adjust the cushions to get them to be in the position they should be in. It stated in the description that the couch is only 36 in tall but thats not true because the cushions are so airy it makes him sit up taller. The cushions are uneven and the couch looks terrible after usage. For 1,000 I would expect more out of this couch. The frame and armrest are solid but the cushions 1 star. Doesn't look like the product image.

Love this! Stylish and firm but comfortable. Steel frame makes it super durable and the steel legs add a certain something to my great room.
