Unfortunately, returning. The arm wood is a totally different colorwood type than the rest of the chair, which makes it look very cheap. And one of the arms was clearly warped. Chair was also much larger than expected. Wayfair’s Customer Service is excellent, though, so return process is easy.

Didn't like the look of the raw leather on the back. I had expected both sides to be the same finish. I had to hide the back by placing the chair in a corner, where I hadn't originally planned to put it.

They originally sent us no hardware, and then the replacement parts had no hardware. As always customer service was amazing and once we got this chair put together it looked SO good!!!! And it’s super comfy
