Commode 4 tiroirs Genesis

My order was sent with a bunch of missing pieces. I had to have 4 replacements orders sent because they kept forgetting to send something!!! It took 4 replacements and nearly a month but I finally got all the pieces to build my dresser. The piece itself is beautiful but just ok in quality. It’s the second one I order in 6 years because I moved in with my partner and rather than replace my furniture, I bought a second dresser for them. The size of the drawers are much smaller than they used to be, the drawer slides are cheaper quality, and the colors are slightly different between pieces. After all I went through, there was no discount, no follow up, not even an apology on my FOURTH attempt to get all my paid for pieces.

The drawer glides are NOT full extension (the drawers only opens about half way). The replacement drawer glides wayfair sent were not only the wrong quantity but also not full extension (exact same as the original ones). And wayfair is refusing to give a partial refund.

Product that arrived looks different than pictured.

Poor quality. My husband put it together easily and it was similar to other furniture we have put together. The problem is the third drawer face wouldn’t stay locked in to the actual drawer. I tried everything to get it to close and finally had to pour a ton of wood glue in the seams to get it to stay on

Nice end product! Takes a bit of time for install but not hard!

Cute dresser. Added my own knobs. Fairly easy to assemble but way easier with a power drill. Use wood glue when assembling to make everything secure, otherwise it’s a bit flimsy.

Exactly as described and pictured! Great quality and looks perfect in my son and daughter's bedroom. It did take a while to put together, but other than that no complaints!

This piece is solid, which is what I was looking for. The drawers stick initially once assembled, but seem to loosen up over time. The color of the wood is beautiful!
