Giving this a one star because this was the least stable bed. The daybed came with a warped wood piece that was the support of the entire bed, which doesn't even reach the floor. I reached out to get a replacement, which the customer service agent submitted right way. The replacement was then backordered and then a support member reached out asking which piece I needed. At that point, I had to find a solution myself and construct my own support to make it work. Definitely not worth the cost in comparison to the stability of it.

I received the bed tomorrow and they never changed it.
