It was almost great. The solid wood and the headboard is built beautifully. The rest of the frame sucks the side rails that hold the boards for the mattress are flimsy and cracked. The boards that lay on top are cheap and very easy to break and bow had to get and make my own slats as

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I instigated a pick up for this item and had it scheduled to be sent back to the company. The product is fine, it just didn't fit my bedroom. Three separate times Wayfair have made a mess of the pickup. The first time, they told me I needed to be home for an 8 hour window, and they didn't even show up! The second time, same thing, no show. The third time, they had the wrong items to pick up and didn't know that they needed to disassemble the item despite the fact that I had told them that specifically every single time. I will never work with this company again

We are highly satisfied with this bed. However, beware that assembly is not easy and will take a couple of hours. All of the other pieces of this bedroom suit were shipped already assembled which was very nice. This is a well made, high quality product. We purchased the cream color version and it looks fantastic in our master bedroom suite. We have had this product for almost a year now and it is absolutely satisfying our expectations.

Enormous and heavy and takes time to assemble. Very rustic.
