Better for a preteen drawers too tall for a 7 year old and you need a box spring due to the gap between the mattress and headboard.

Looks great! Comes assembled but you need to install the handles on the front face of the drawers.

This piece looks great in the bedroom and matches the bed perfectly. Let off the fifth star because it feels like a mass Manufactured item, which it is. Because the quality (good) matches the price (expensive but still cheaper than higher quality made items) it gets 4 stars. We just received it so no feedback on how well it stands up to use by a teenager. Time will tell.

Very nice dresser, sturdy and well-built. Bottom drawers are big enough to comfortably hold 10 pairs of folded pants.
