All arrived broken and damaged. It looked to be the manufacturer and cheaply made product. The material used that broke was where the bend of the wooden cross bar and seat meet.

Beautiful stools Look is fabulous! Well crafted cane seating ! Ordered 4, 3 came cracked! Well wrapped with styrofoam Box is flimsy and nopadding.waiting for replacement stools to arrive in 7 days …love the high backstool . Perfect for my needs
