I bought 6 chairs, but have not opened all boxes yet. The shipping process was very efficient. I got an email telling me the date and time of arrival, and on the delivery day I got a call an hour before delivery. The call gave me the opportunity to provide information to the driver as to where to park and the flight of stairs to the delivery area. The shipping crew was professional and extra careful.
