Packaging and shipping was excellent. Chairs or very chinky looking. Not pretty at all. I will be replacing them.

I obviously like the look of the chairs and they're comfortable for average to tall people. The legs were not even, but I leveled them by taking off the plastic buttons and replacing them with felt pads. The finish on the replacement chair was not complete. It was still rough and not completely stained. But all I really needed was the faux leather seat because one of the original chairs came with a cut or torn seat. So, I removed the seat from the poorly finished replacement chair and placed it on the originally shipped chair.

Chairs are sturdy and comfortable. One came missing a castor on one leg with a protruding nail that would have marred floor if used. Another has one leg slightly shorter than others so rocks a bit. Other than that the chairs are just what I wanted and delivery went well. I do think that for the price they should have been perfect.

Fast, excellent service. The chairs were everything I could hope for. Substantial, sturdy and great quality.
