Fits the bill for a big and tall chair, just wish the leather was softer to the touch. Husband seems to like it for use by his desk in the den.

Started a new telework position and this chair is excellent. I tend to sit on my feet or criss-cross applesauce and wanted a wider width chair for comfort. Love how cushioned it is. Castors work well on both hardwood floors and low pile carpet.

Update After a year, the handles shifted even with repeated tightening. The seat and armrests were completely flat, and most of the foam shifted. I wouldn’t recommend it for daily use unless you’re going to use it lightly.

Just finished putting the chair together and was very pleased with the ease of assembly. The instructions appear to have been written/edited by someone in the U.S.A.; thus my experience with the instructions is A+. Quality of the chair is very nice, time will tell if the upholstery holds up to daily use. I installed my own upgraded casters (RevoSmooth Premium Rubber Office Chair Caster Replacement) which raised the chair up a little bit which requires that I use a footrest to keep legs at the proper height in relation to the seat bottom. This is to be expected as the chair is sold as being for big/tall people. My legs are not that long so I need the footrest. Value related to cost is 5 stars. I would buy again.
