This is a pretty piece with a ton of storage. The carton protected it well in shipping, no damage; all the pieces were there; the instructions were clear, and I was able to build it in the morning and fill it in the afternoon on the same day. Some cons or at least things to be aware of: It's soft. Every a screw you put into it can't be tightened because it's just too soft. There are a few I will probably go back and put some saw dust and wood glue into just to make sure things last a bit longer (the rails on the drawers and the hinge screws come to mind). It als, likely because it so soft, does have a perfect alignment once it's all built. Maybe this is a "floor not level" thing, not sure, but either way it means the pantry doors don't line up perfectly. Finally, the pantry doors have a magnet and plate to hold them closed at the top and you some wiggle from the bottom; I would like to have seen a magnet and plate ALSO at the bottom to keep it closed more securely. On the whole, it's a good piece at a decent price that does what I needed it to.
