It helps, but I wish it was either softer or a wee bit thinner. It fiils the bill, but could be softer in my opinion. I'd still recommend it to a friend.

I purchased this seat cushion for my mother, who has terminal cancer. She needed something to make sitting for long periods of time easier on her body. She says the cushion does make it easier for her, but wishes it was a bit bigger. She needs help getting positioned in her chair, but if she doesn't get centered on the cushion, she ends up sitting more off to one side. That's the only reason i'm giving it 4 stars. We're happy to hear this cushion came from a small company.

Super comfortable for the car, the office, and sitting to read.

At first this donut pillow seemed too hard and awkward. But with use it softened up just enough to be quite comfortable. After 3 months of use it is otherwise still like new and appears well made.
