Assemble people were fast and friendly! Bed frame is on point little shorter then I would have liked but gets the job done sturdy, strong durable!

Bed frame was delivered April 28th. The panels did not fit and hardware was missing. I was given the option to have it repaired. Unfortunately the earliest appointment was two weeks out. The gentleman came and simply took pictures and measurements. He told me to follow up with Wayfair. When I contacted Wayfair they were surprised that the repair wasn't completed and said they could order a new bedframe and it wouldn't be delivered until the end of June . Mind you I have been without my bed since April 28th. They offered to order the replacement parts and hardware that hopefully would be ready to ship the end of May. It's now May 27th and I do not have an estimated arrival date for the replacement parts. The only positive is that I was given a 25% refund to cover Angi services once the parts arrive. I have ordered quite a bit from Wayfair in the past and honestly this is the worst experience I have had.

The mattress keeps slipping around when I sleep. Very annoying

I purchased this bed in a king size and I absolutely love it with my headboard. I had bought another bed frame previously with wood supports and it broke due to unfortunate circumstances but this one is super sturdy and worth every cent. It is super easy to assemble and I am 5’2. It literally looks like the bed is floating it would be complete with some led lights underneath. 10/10

Sturdy and mattress doesn’t move around.

Every single bed frame I have ever used for a king size bed would either bend or break! This frame is worth every penny! It has held up OVER A YEAR with 2 plus size adults sleeping on it regularly, a 65lb dog that likes to take naps, 2 toddlers that come in for cuddles or jumps and a pre teen who thinks my bed is a trampoline for flips!!!

There is no difference between the product and the picture, and the packaging is perfect. I like it very much and will order again.

It took a while to ship but it was worth the wait. Very sturdy and high quality, it was easy to assemble, and it doesn’t squeak!
