Damaged parts. UPDATE to original 2 star review: Parts were delivered - instead of a scratched panel, there was a bend on one end of the replacement panel BUT the delivery fellows were very resourceful and accommodating and we are completely satisfied and very happy with this new bed frame now. Thank you, Wayfair, and thank you Ali and your co-worker (sorry I can't remember his name) for your work. I trust Wayfair's products and service - thank you for that. 5 STARS*****
