Drawers are too difficult to pull out so everything slides all around inside when you open them. Hanging file folder drawers are short enough that tabs on top of file folders hit the drawer above it when opening and closing and they also won't slide past where the locking mechanism is. And having to pull the whole file drawer out, unscrew four screws, and then screw them back in just to adjust the bars from legal length to letter (or vice versa) is ridiculous.

Stunning desk. We had repeated issues with damage in delivery (even the third desk had some minor damage), but worth the wait and aggravation. For such an expensive desk, you would think the manufacturer would wrap/protect it properly; instead, just a thin layer of Styrofoam with no protection at all for the undercarriage.
