I love the chair. It wasn't delivered until much later than originally communicated. When I called to look into it, I learned the shipment label was created but the chair never got put into your shipment so it was then sent even later than expected. For my inconvenience ago and additional 10% discount was applied, that was appreciated

I ordered these in red wool, it is a pure red. The wool is good quality. I have not yet attached the base to the chair but it appears very simple. the wood on the base is nice color and it looks quite well made. They were well packaged but easy to get out of the boxes. I'm happy.
