I would give 0 stars if I could!. I ordered 2 of these dressers in the same color, and it has been nothing but a disaster. They arrived separately, both were damaged, and the second one was the wrong color and showed up late in a falling-apart box. I’ve contacted Wayfair customer service countless times and talked to four different reps, each giving me a completely different answer. One day I was told I’d receive a full refund and a proper replacement for both, and the next they completely backtracked and said I’d need to return them and reorder at full price, cross my fingers, and hope they don’t show up damaged again. It’s been an incredibly frustrating experience, and I’m honestly shocked at how poorly this has been handled. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but this was the final straw — I will never shop with Wayfair again. Awful customer service, zero consistency, and no real solution. Avoid this product and this company altogether.
