The bed is ok and looks good enough for a low-use guest bedroom. Pro: Value for the price. This bed does not bowl me over, but the low price point manages expectation for function and style. Con: I did not like that the side boards came in 2 parts. That seems like a design/engineering flaw and recipe for disaster OR intentional design consideration solely to minimize packaging. My own epiphany: It had not registered to me that this bed was low to the ground. I will be purchasing risers. 4 stars due to the side boards and assembly only.

Bed looks exactly as I was expecting! It was very easy to assemble. Only issue, it was received damaged (ripped headboard). Instead of sending a replacement piece, they need to send an entire new item and then I need to ship original item back. UPDATE: support team has notified me it will take 3 MONTHS for replacement piece.
