Repose-pieds 19 po Brock

Parfait et conforme à la description.

Was excited to see this little guy in my growng collection of furniture in my newly renovated space. Upon unpacking, however, it doesn't really come close to the brown leather I expected. The leatehr on this one appears to be camel or golden in color. I certainly wouldn't call it brown, and I think anyone comparing it to the color on the image that inspried me to purchase, this is not what I ordered. Love the piece, just the wrong color! Have to say, Missed the Mark. What do we do about this?

Had high hopes for this ottoman but arrived seriously flawed. 2” stain (burn?) mark on the top piece of leather, several scratches and puncture marks. Should have made it through quality control to be shipped. Will be returning.

I love this poof with in my living room. The leather is really good quality and love the colors.
