Exactly what I was looking for! The brown has a slight weatheredgrey hue to it, so it matches my other Wayfair furniture almost perfectly. The top opens and closes smoothly, and the shocks make a nice “soft close” function. The first top arrived with some mild damage, but customer service was great, and quickly sent out a replacement top. Very happy with my purchase!

The table looks nice and was fairly easy to assemble. The materials are well finished and have a nice texture that make it look nicer than a typical particle-board table. There was a small problem with the piston on one of the lifting mechanisms not providing enough resistance, but I contacted support and they sent a replacement that works well. This coffee table is a big upgrade from my living space. I only wish the lifting mechanism brought the table a little higher and closer to the couch - it is enough to set your plate on when eating but I also bought this to do craft projects from the couch and that still requires me to lean forward to have enough space.

Attempted to assemble this nightmare. The materials supplied don’t seem to work at all. Either to short or to thin the hold the pieces together. Some of the attachments don’t hold secure the main pieces at all. Need to return or dump this nightmare.

Good size, sturdy and fairly simple to assemble. Would have rated it a 5 had it not been for the wooden leg nut breaking when tightened.
