Arrived dirty, paint missing from corners, dent on the back, nothing like incredibly professional delivery from Copeland when I ordered directly from them. Further, the delivery guy did not speak English and would not listen to a word I said. He tore the styrofoam out as quickly as possible making a huge mess of tiny styrofoam pieces throughout my apartment. His hands were incredibly dirty too, leaving prints all over my walls as pictured. The absolute worst delivery experience one could ask for, and there is added benefit of microscopic styrofoam littered throughout my beautiful apartment now that are well documented to be associated with cancer. I spent hours cleaning and am still not sure I got everything. And after all this.. I’m offered an exchange.
